Overview
Prior to tracking Meal Counts inside of Hubbe, it is necessary for an Admin to "set up" the Meals/Snacks that are offered by a specific session. This article will teach you how to create and edit these meals/snacks.
Written Steps
Step 1: Login as an Admin
- Sign into Hubbe with either the Agency or Site Admin Role
- Session Admins cannot edit meals/snacks
Step 2: Navigate to the Session Menu
- Search Hubbe for the session you would like to create the meals/snacks offerings
- From the session menu, click on the menu item titled CACFP and the submenu item titled Meal Counts
Step 3: Edit the Meals/Snacks Offered
- Click on the Blue button labeled Edit Meals/Snacks Offered
- Enter a Start Date for these Meals/Snacks, and check the box for "Ongoing"
- Determine which meals/snacks you wish to offer by toggling them to either "Yes" or "No"
- Enter the Start and End of each time window that has been set to "Yes"
- Click on the blue Save button
Congrats! Your teachers (Session Admins) can now enter meal count information! For a verbal explanation with visuals, please refer to the tutorial video below.
