Overview
Prior to tracking Meal Counts inside of Hubbe, it is recommended that an Admin reviews some of the preferences that can be enabled/disabled. This article will show you how to manage preferences for the meal counts feature.
Written Steps
Step 1: Login as an Admin
- Sign into Hubbe with the Agency Admin Role
Step 2: Navigate to the Configure Meals and Snacks Page
- From your homepage, click on the menu item labeled CACFP and the submenu item labeled Configure Meals and Snacks
- Click on the blue button labeled Edit Meals Configuration
Step 3: Toggle the 4 Preferences On/Off
- Look at the top of the tab for the following two preference options related to meal counts:
- Block Site and Session Staff's Access to Input and Update Meal Counts Outside of the Timebox When the Meal is Served
- Include Adults in Session Meal Counts
- Include Head Start Fields on the CACFP Meal Benefit Form
- Allow Site Admins and Agency-Wide Site Admins to Update Meals and Meal Times for Their Site Location
- For Each preference, you can toggle them to Yes or No
