Overview

There are many ways to extract all meals and snacks data from the Hubbe data system. This article will teach show you a few places that you can pull helpful meals and snacks reports.

Written Steps

Step 1: Login as an Admin

• Sign into Hubbe with the Agency Admin Role

Step 2: Navigate to the Meals and Snacks Data Grid

• From the Agency Menu, find the menu item titled CACFP and click on the submenu item titled Meals and Snacks Data
• Review all tabs for relevant reporting information, export using the Excel button as needed
• This is one area of the system used for meals and snacks reporting

Step 3: Navigate to the General Reports Area

• From the any page, click on the Data Tools menu item in the header of the tool bar

  • From here, click on General Reports
• Navigate to the tab that is titled Meal & Snack
• Enter the reporting parameters for any of the three reports, and View or Export the information
