Documenting Food Allergies and Alternative Meal Plans

Overview


For Students with food allergies and/or that need an alternative meal plan, this can be managed inside of Hubbe. This article will teach you how to document these allergies and/or alternative meal plans.



Written Steps


Step 1: Login as an Admin

  • Sign into Hubbe with the Agency Admin Role
    • or any other role that can edit the Student Record


Step 2: Navigate to a Student Menu

  • Search Hubbe for the student(child) you would like to enter the allergy and/or alternate meal plan for
  • From the Student Menu, click on the menu item titled Health and then the submenu item titled Current Health Conditions


Step 3: Enter the Allergies and/or Dietary Accommodations

  • Scroll down the page until you see the header titled Allergies
    • click on the pencil icon shown below
    • Enter the allergy information into the modal
    • click on the blue Save button


  • To enter an Alternative Meal Count, scroll to the bottom of the page
  • Click on the blue Add Dietary Accommodation button
    • Enter in information related to the Dietary Accommodation, and other relevant information
    • make sure you add an Effective Date of Accommodation
    • click on the blue Save button
