If you run into some issues while using the Hubbe Attendance App, there are a handful of helpful troubleshooting techniques that you should be aware of. This article will show you common ways to troubleshoot the Hubbe Attendance App.

Step 1: Navigate to the Help Page
- Open the Hubbe Attendance App on your tablet device
- Before logging in with your staff pin, scroll down past all of the QR codes
- At the very bottom of the page, click on the blue text labeled Help
Step 2: Review all Techniques for Help and Troubleshooting
- This page will inform you of the following common issues and questions:
- How do I check for updates?
- There is an error that keeps appearing at the bottom of the screen
- How do I completely re-install the app from scratch?
- Detail responses are displayed on this page
Step 3: Utilize the Buttons at the bottom of the Page (If needed)
- At the bottom of this help page, there are some buttons that may be helpful during the troubleshooting process:
- Restart App
- This will restart the app without losing any data. use this if you want to force the app to detect most-recent updates (if any), or to clear any errors on the screen.
- Refresh Token
- This token is used to sync data between Hubbe and the Attendance App on your local device. You will be prompted to sign in with your Hubbe username and password once you tap on this option. Only Agency Admins and Site Admins can refresh or access token.
- Send Diagnostics
- This will upload your app's diagnostics for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Re-install
- This will delete any app local data and allow you to re-configure the app back from start. A new installation code will be required
- Restart App
