How to Install the Hubbe Attendance App (Offline Attendance)

Overview


For sites that want to use the eSignature attendance tool but don't have a reliable internet connection, we recommend using the Hubbe Attendance App. This article will show you how to install the Hubbe Attendance App.



Written Steps


Step 1: Add the App to your Tablet Home Screen

  • On your Tablet Device, open your web browser
  • Go to the following website: app.sishubbe.com
  • In the upper right of your browser, tap on the arrow and then scroll down and tap the option that is labeled Add to Home Screen

Step 2: Get the Install Code from Hubbe

  • Log into Hubbe as either the Site Admin or an Agency Admin role
  • Navigate to the site record for the site we wish to setup the attendance app for
  • On the Site Menu, find the menu item that is labeled Attendance and click on the submenu item titled Attendance App Setup
  • On this page, click/tap on the blue button labeled Get Install Code

Step 3: Enter Code and Login Credentials into Hubbe Attendance App

  • Navigate back to the Hubbe Attendance App that was added to your Home Screen at the end of Step 1
  • Enter the install code that we received at the end of Step 2
  • Enter your normal Hubbe login credentials
  • Click on the blue Configure App button
