How to Setup Staff Pins (Offline Attendance)

Overview


If you intend to use the Hubbe Attendance app, all staff members will need a staff pin to login to the app. This article will show you how to create staff pins for Hubbe Attendance App.



Written Steps


Step 1: Sign into Hubbe and Navigate to the Hubbe Attendance App Setup

  • Log into Hubbe as either the Site Admin or an Agency Admin role
  • Navigate to the site record for the site we wish to setup staff pins for
  • On the Site Menu, find the menu item that is labeled Attendance and click on the submenu item titled Attendance App Setup
  • Click on the second tab that is labeled Manage Staff PINs

Step 2: Set PINs for All Staff Members that will be using the Hubbe Attendance App

  • In the table shown, click on the red [Set] text next to the staff member that you want to create a pin for
  • Enter a 6-digit numerical pin
  • Click on the blue Save button
  • Repeat these steps as many times as possible until all the necessary staff have PINs assigned to them
