The Hubbe Attendance app is meant for programs that wish to use the eSignature attendance tool, but don't have a reliable internet connection. This article will show you how to use Hubbe Attendance App.

Written Steps

Step 1: Sign into the Hubbe Attendance App and enter your Staff Pin

  • From your tablet device, open the attendance app, and enter your staff pin
  • If you do not have a staff pin, work with your supervisor to get a pin setup for you

Step 2: Show the QR Codes and Allow the Parents to sign in on their own devices

  • When logging into the Hubbe attendance app, the initial screen should be several QR Codes
  • Stay on this page if you want parents to scan the QR codes with their personal devices, and sign the children in

Step 3: Manage sign in/out events / marking children absent

  • After signing in with your pin, you will be able to view all sign in/out events
  • If needed, sign in any children manually by clicking the green Sign In button
  • If needed, mark any children as absent by clicking on the red Absent button
  • Repeat these steps as many times as needed throughout the day

Step 4: Sync your attendance data once you have a reliable internet connection (if necessary)

  • If you have been using offline attendance for the entire day, it is recommended to find and connect to a stable internet connection at the end of the day
  • The Hubbe attendance app should automatically upload any pending attendance records into the Hubbe data system once the device is connected to the internet
  • It is recommended to do this sync at least one per day
