MyTeachstone-Hubbe API

  • We have been hard at work in collaboration with the MyTeachstone engineering team to create an efficient and comprehensive API or webservice that allows a seamless transfer of data from Teachstone to Hubbe. The CLASS Assessments that will transfer over to your Hubbe system will need to be manually imported at this time, in an effort to prevent duplicating CLASS data that may have been entered into both systems this spring. The process to manually import the CLASS assessments will be intuitive and simple from the new tabs on the CLASS Assessments roll-up grid. Following this release, the Hubbe team will continue to optimize this API service to begin implementing more automation for the data sharing process.
  • We have created an instruction manual that can guide your team through this process, linked below:

Agency Data Reporting Contact

Attendance Updates for ASES/ELOP Programs

  • Updated the Early Release/Late Arrival Management grid at the agency level to require the user to apply selected filters in order to view data in the grid. As ASES/ELOP programs continue to use this feature, the grid has accumulated many attendance exception events and this ensures the grid only loads that which is applicable to the user at the time.

  • Added the ability for the roles of Agency Attendance Manager and Agency Viewer to have view-only access to the Early Release/Late Arrival Management grid.
  • We have added the Early Release/Late Arrival Management record that has previously only been at the agency level now to the site level, as well. Site Admins will be able to view the attendance exceptions in the grid, but will not be able to manage exception codes for any event.

Meals and Snacks Updates

  • Updated the Meals Counts card at the session level to ensure that a child who is signed in on the "End Time" minute of the meal window is considered "Signed In" and able to serve.

  • Updated the Meal Benefit Forms grid to ensure the Session, Funding Contract, and Agency Program columns continue to show schedule details for the family within the "Completed Forms" tab.

CAPSDAC 2.0 Report Updates

  • We have continued to work on the CAPSDAC 2.0 Report in Hubbe and fix items discovered by our team and users participating in the Beta testing with the CAPSDAC team. More about these feature tools will be detailed in later release notes once the Hubbe CAPSDAC 2.0 Report is no longer in Beta testing.

Fixes & Adjustments

  • Fixed an issue reported by some users regarding the All Schedules grid not loading schedule records.
  • Fixed an issue reported by users regarding the "Program Code" within the Application for Services form when certifying subsidized families in certain scenarios.
  • Optimized the MSB Integration for Family Billing and Payments.
