If you are a parent applying for services at your local agency, you will need to create a parent portal account in order to complete the online application. 

If you are a parent and are already enrolled and receiving services but do not yet have a parent portal account setup, we will show you how to resolve this. Your agency will need to help you create an account — this is covered in the video below.
